You must agree to the following terms and conditions to have your web site, domain or other services hosted by UHL. By placing your order you indicate acceptance of these terms.
These Terms of Service represent the basis of a contract between you, or the entity on whose behalf you are executing this agreement ("you" or "your") and Hosting Lanka (Pvt) Ltd ("UHL", "Unlimited Hosting Lanka", "we", "us" or "our"). We may modify these Policies from time to time, and by continuing to use our Services, you agree to be bound by the modifications. You can always find the most recent version of these TOS here.
UHL Services are for lawful purposes Only, UHL does not allow illegal storage of files, Softwares, Video or Audio, (High Space Contents) Our Web Space Can only be used for Genuine Web Sites & Related Contents, Not For use as Storage Server, Bulk Storage Purposes or Use as Cloud Storage .
We prohibit any adult (pornographic) web-sites on our servers, including pedophile sites, sites linking to pornographic sites (outside links) and pornographic advertisements on your own site.
UHL services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities.
Distributions of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Distribution of software that monitors computer or computer user activity without the computer user\'s knowledge and consent is prohibited.
Spamming (sending unsolicited commercial or bulk emails) using our servers is strictly not allowed. DO NOT SEND SPAM EMAIL FROM OUR SERVERS. Sending spam emails which include links to a web site hosted on one of our servers is also forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any site that is linked to from spam emails. To protect our servers we may impose limits on the number of emails sent within a particular time frame from our servers.
We want to allow our customers to use our servers the best way, but in order to protect other users, we may, temporarily or not, suspend a shared hosting site if this site slows down our servers or uses too much server resource. In this case, we will try to find a solution together with the customer.
You may not use your site to publish material, which UHL determines, at its sole discretion, to be unlawful, indecent or objectionable. For purposes of this policy, "material" refers to all forms of communications including narrative descriptions, graphics (including photographs, illustrations, images, drawings, logos), executable programs, video recordings, and audio recordings.
You must take reasonable steps to protect the security of our servers. This includes, but is not limited to:

You are responsible for ensuring that any scripts that you install do not compromise the security of our servers. This includes, but is not limited to:
If a script installed on your site is compromised, we may require a clean up of your site.
Where we provide an automatic script installer we may update installed scripts to the latest releases.
We might have, from time to time, to perform maintenance, upgrades or replacements to our servers. We reserve the right to suspend access to such server during the required time to do the maintenance, upgrade or exchange the server, for no more than 6 hours. In this event, the users will be sent an e- mail at least 24 hours before the due date and time for maintenance.
We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. UHL makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. UHL disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by UHL, its employees, suppliers, customers or any third party.
You, as a UHL customer, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your web site.
You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate backups of your content.
We are taking Full Server Backups once a day, but those backups for our purpose only. However, We do not accept any responsibility for losing your own Data. Also, We are not responsible for accidental data deletion done by your side, or your Scripts. You can make your own Full / Partial backups anytime with our Backup and Restore Technology. Keeping your own content backups is your responsibility.
UHL provides technical support to our customers via a support ticket system. For shared hosting, UHL provides support related to your web site physical functioning. UHL does not offer technical support for application specific issues such as PHP or cgi programming, html, script installation or any other such issue. There are links in the members area to other web sites that can help with such issues. You can call UHL,Send Emails,Or else You can use on-line chat system to get fast reply for any type of problems
We may modify any of these terms and conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. We may change our terms and conditions with or without prior notice. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your account(s).
We have a Minimum availability guarantee of 99.9% availability per month. The Uptime Guarantee is only applicable to shared web hosting, Reseller Hosting and cloud hosting. It is not applicable to domain name registrations or other kind of services.
If we suspect that activities performed by you or a third party on your hosting account, whether deliberate or not, may compromise the security of our server or any other server or computer, we may require a clean up to be performed.
A simple clean up will be provided free of charge, resulting in total loss of existing data on your hosting account. You should then restore the site from your backups. Depending on the severity, we may agree to perform a complex clean up (targeting only compromised files), for which we will charge support at our standard support rate.
If you violate our terms and conditions we may terminate or suspend (temporarily or indefinitely) any services you have with us. In this case No refund will be given for any payments that have been, or are made by you to us.
Currently UHL doesn't provide refunds for termination of Hosting / Reseller accounts or other services, but if there is a Technical Issue with server or Our side, we will provide Full or Partial refunds within 30 days time period ,after that period No refund will be issued.
No Refunds for Domains. So Please Double Check your Domain Names Before you order.
No Refunds for change of mind. Since We Spend Big cost on Datacenters, Servers, Softwares, Licences and their Maintenance, we allocate maximum resources for our valuable customers.
We Accept Multi Currency Online Payments via Our Payment Gateways, Bank deposit, Paypal, Master Card, Visa.
UHL reserves the right to change prices, the monthly payment amount, or any other charges at any time. We will provide notice on our website before updating prices. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by UHL through the user billing tool or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by UHL.
Use of the UHL service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting, hot linking, directly linking or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.
Unlimited web space is available for genuine web site content, content must be linked into web pages. Customers are prohibited from using the server as a file/backup repository. Customers are expected to employ good house keeping when maintaining their account.

If We observe any of a violation regarding our services, then we may take any of the following actions, in accordance with the severity and duration of the violation: ●Warning the User. ●Removing the offending content. ●Suspending the offending User from the Services. ●Terminating the offending User from the Services. ●Imposing fees or charges on the offending account in accordance with the applicable service contract. ●Taking other action in accordance with our policy, the applicable service contract, or applicable law.
Furthermore We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion without prior notice. An example of refusal of service is if an account continues to abuse our policies after warnings. Refusal, cancellation or suspension of services especially holds true to issues with spam or any script abuse. Another example of refusal of service is if a customer becomes very unreasonable, unprofessional, extremely difficult to work with or threatening. Said customer’s account will be suspended and we will recommend to the customer to find a new host. Depend on the Situation A backup of the accounts will be provided.
We usually offer a maximum of 14 days of Grace period from the due date to our customers for settling web hosting / reseller web hosting related invoices and maximum of 3 Days grace period for Domain related invoices from the due date.
Also, note that if you are unable to pay for a domain related invoice before the due date, then we are not able to transfer your domain to another registrar.
Also, note that we cannot renew your domain after ten (10) days of the due date. After 10 days of the due date, your domain will be controlled by the root register, and we are not responsible for any loss that occurs for you. It is Your responsibility to pay before the due date for the service you are getting.
Please be kind enough to timely check our client portal or incoming emails from our system for payment reminders and special notices (It is your responsibility to check our updates timely.)
Furthermore, please be informed that we can't hold unpaid services for a long time. Please be kind enough to pay the due invoices on or before the due date to avoid service Terminations or Suspensions.
You agree not to use weak passwords for any services running on standard ports, if your server is compromised as a result of a weak password your service will be suspended without warning, for a password to be considered acceptable it must contain at least 1 x special character 1 x Upper case letter 1 x lower case letter 1 number (At least Minimum of 12 Charactors).
